• Golden Ball – trains all **eight directional movements of Qi—gather, ascend, expand, condense, flow in, flow out, descend, and disperse—**to build, heal, and regulate the body’s energy system in a complete, balanced way.
• Wuji Standing (alignment & vibration) – the constant foundation stance for every exercise. Proper Wuji aligns the skeleton, activates subtle whole-body vibration, and keeps Qi flowing whether you are moving or still. Practice begins, continues, and ends in Wuji, followed by up to five minutes of quiescent meditation to let energy settle and integrate.
